The artisanal bags are entirely made by hand in the atelier in Berlin: the material is handwoven or hand-painted and the leather handstitched with the traditional saddle-stich. The inspiration for the artisanal handbags comes from `Wabi sabi´, a traditional japanese culture and is often described as an aesthetic that is imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete. “Nothing is permanent.
